Shipping:

  • Shipping time 5-10 working days depending on your location

    Returns:

    We have a 60 day return policy.
    Any product can be returned within 60 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

    You will be responsible for returning the item and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

    Provide us the tracking number and the transport company name of the return item.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds:

      Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. 

      Your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days of receiving your return.

      Late or missing refunds:

      If you haven’t received a refund yet and believe that it should have already arrived, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      If that doesn’t solve the issue, next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

      Taxes & duties:

      Please be noted that import taxes and duties are handled by us, and included in the item price and shipping costs. No extra fees or taxes fall to the customer or recipient upon receipt of the goods due to being sent from outside UK. 


      Exchanges:
      Unfortunately, we do not offer the right to an exchange on the same order. If you want to change the size/product, you can return your current order and place a new order.

      What happens if you do not collect/accept your parcel at delivery?
      We reserve the right to charge the customer for the handling costs incurred when returning an uncollected package in addition to the normal return fee. Same applies for refusing a parcel at delivery. The handling fee for uncollected orders is 10 GBP.
      The package will be stored at the collection point for 14 days, after which it will be returned to us. If you do not wish to receive your package, you must first contact our customer service and notify us that you wish to return your order.
